There are three things that are essential to the success of any trial lawyer: a well-managed office, honed skills as a litigator and negotiator, and knowledge of the law. This conference focuses on all of these. Learn new and enhanced discovery techniques to successfully craft your approach to witnesses. Learn to apply advanced negotiating methodology to your dealings with defence counsel (and other opposing parties). Determine what your office needs to make you more efficient as a law practitioner and a more effective counsel for your clients. See case management and presentation applications that will take you to the next level in your office and at discovery and trial. This conference is for you to learn how to improve your overall personal injury practice. Join us as we help you up your game!
