Summary

Mediations are more important than ever, and some cases that could not get to trial because of COVID can be decided by arbitration. Based on 47 years of experience, Ellsworth Rundlett will share fifteen tips on how to get the best results from mediation or arbitration in your non-catastrophic cases, even using virtual platforms such as Zoom for testimony and presentation. He will share what he’s learned from mediators and defense counsel on how best to convince carriers to pay reasonable settlements.

Mr. Rundlett is the author of “Maximizing Damages in Small Personal Injury Cases ($200,000 or under).” His book has sold over two million dollars in copies and supplements. The 26th supplement of his book focuses on the most effective ways to handle such cases to resolution at a time when small to medium cases will be on the back burner for jury trial precedence.

The tactics used for in-person mediation and arbitration have changed with Zoom and virtual hearings. Knowing how to prepare your case and present it with a convincing client is imperative when you have to do it on camera. Mr. Rundlett has two television shows on his hometown cable network and will give tips on the best methods of presentation.
