THE NEW CAP IN NOVA SCOTIA - CLEAR STRATEGIES FOR REPRESENTING CLIENTS AND GETTING OVER THE CAP

APTLA presented this half-day seminar to educate Members and plaintiff lawyers about the specifics of the changes to the "Minor Injury" legislation in Nova Scotia and to give both practical strategies for getting past the Cap and an analysis and review of caselaw the assists plaintiff counsel in presenting their cases. The faculty was APTLA Past President Barry Mason and well-known OTLA Member, Jim Vigmond.
