Expert Evidence has always been a crucial part of the struggle to advance your client’s case. What plaintiff lawyers want to get in, defence lawyers want to keep out; making expert opinion a prime battleground in the litigation process. It can be a skirmish or an all out war, with diplomatic peace talks or full on combat. APTLA’s Expert Opinions conference will take you from the front lines of emerging caselaw to the private talks at HQ. We will learn from lead strategists how and when to use Experts, and about the rules of engagement following recent Court decisions and Civil Procedure Rules changes. We’ll hear from various Experts, allowing you to strategize about ways to incorporate opinions into your case or how to defuse defence tactics that might lead to an impasse. APTLA’s Expert Opinions conference will help you come out with all guns blazing, and assist you in both winning the battle and the war!
