This essential session is presented by renowned lawyer and legal educator, Dorothy Sims (FL).
Ms. Sims will cover how to turn the tables on claims of malingering and expose the doctor's own biases. She will also cover helpful tips in cross examining radiologists, neurologists and orthopedic surgeons. In addition, she will provide members with copies of sample depositions involving Herniated discs, RSD, PTSD, Malingering and Depression.
Dorothy Sims is the senior partner of Sims, Amat, Stakenborg and Henry and she has given over l50 speeches on similar topics. She authored numerous articles on medical legal matters with an emphasis on malingering issues. She is a lawyer who limits her practice to cross examining medical witnesses for other plaintiff's lawyers around the United States and teaches doctors in third world countries to assist lawyers in developed nations. This seminar will teach you how to expose and attack defense experts.
Ms. Sims is also available to walk through reports from experts given to her in the middle of the speech to show, in just a few minutes, how to expose the weaknesses in the defense position. It will be an extraordinary presentation.

Only those attending the Retreat will be permitted to attend the Malingering & Other Lies education seminar, and only Sustaining Members and those attending the Retreat will received copies of the seminar materials.
